Not only is meditation a powerful stress reliever for both your physical and mental health. Meditation is one of the key elements to spiritual development. I know meditation gets a bad reputation due to so many thinking meditation is only sitting in a dark room, focusing on your breath, and "not thinking". I am here to say with the utmost love and confidence that, that is only one form of meditation. There are many forms of meditation, walking meditation, breathing meditation, amd sitting meditation; the list could go on for days. The scientific research on meditation shows that with just 20 minutes of mindful meditation can alter and benefit your life forever!
